Henrico County through the Empower Task Force has partnered with the City of Richmond Department of Human Services and the Richmond Opioid Task Force on the development of the Central VA Resource Navigator. The Navigator is a free, public online directory designed to help individuals, families and professionals quickly locate mental health and substance use services throughout Central Virginia.
